Gift Aid Declaration (for past, present & future donations)
Gift Aid may be reclaimed by Easingwold and District u3a (Registered Charity No. 1099812) from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.
I would like to take advantage of the Gift Aid Scheme to enable Easingwold & District u3a to reclaim Gift Aid on my membership contributions. Please treat as Gift Aid, any donations I make now, in the future, or have made in the past 4 years, to Easingwold & District u3a.
I confirm I am a UK tax payer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

u3a Matters (Magazine)
'u3a Matters' is the National Magazine of the Third Age Trust. Names and addresses of members are passed to the Third Age Trust to enable distribution of 'u3a Matters' by post.
If applying for 'Full Membership', select ‘YES’ to the Third Age Magazine drop-down box that appears on the application form if you wish to receive the magazine and agree to your data use for third party distribution of such.

The Easingwold & District u3a website holds personal data about each member: Title, Names, Address, Phone Number/s, Email Address, Emergency Contact Numbers and any advised Disability information. Neither non-members, nor members not authorised by the site administration, can access any of the above information. Hard copy signed membership forms are also securely held in accordance with GDPR and Gift Aid regulations.
You have the right to request a copy of the data Easingwold & District u3a hold about you. You can request this by contacting the Membership Secretary. Requests will, under normal circumstances, be processed within one month of the request being made and will be free of charge.
